Friday night we welcomed this little boy into our home.
He still doesn't have an official name, so for now I call him "little kitty".
His original name was Indiana because he's adventurous, but we thought we would try to think of something else.
We asked Afton what she would name him if she could pick anything. Guess what she came up with?
Jim Douglas...from "The Love Bug" and "Herbie goes to Monte Carlo".
Yeah.
I said, "I'm not going to call my cat "Jim".
Gracie and Jim.

So, we're still thinking...any ideas?
He's such a cute little fluff ball too! He was chasing Caleb today and Caleb
was so excited! It was so funny. He kept trying to make the
kitty chase him again!

Who would have thought that we would disagree on the most fundamental things of life.
I'm a dog person...a two dog person as a matter of fact.
Of course, one of my dearest friends has two cats, named by her two young sons "Baby Jesus" and "Chicken Nugget." Can't get much more original than that!!
That is so funny! I'm not a dog lover at all! Except for boxers...I absolutely love boxers. Mike, on the other hand, loves dogs.
So, I guess Jim Douglas isn't a bad name for a cat then? I still can't seem to get passed it, but I'll go with it if everyone else wants that name.
